Double Feature

Hello my sweet honey friends!

Today is Friday March 10, it's one week until Saint Patrick's Day and I'm finally catching up on this blog a bit! So to make up for lost time, today we are featuring 2 entities in the Kawaii community!

Yesterday, I  also registered for Tumblr (I took so long only because I thought I needed a Yahoo account and I'm happy with my Google one). Just thought I'd share... see more below!

So the first runner up is JapanLoverMe

Japan Lover Me - Sharing The Worldwide Japan Love

Wow, what a comprehensive site! It's great for fans of ALL things Japanese culture, including cooking and culture (✿◠‿◠)

Run by a group of enthusiastic tourists and fans of the culture, this website is an excellent choice if you are planning to travel to Japan soon.

In fact, they created city-specific infographics to outline the best things to do during your stay!

These cute travelling bloggers even list workshops available actually IN Japan!! So exciting!

Next up to feature, we will meet Kawaii I - the latest in Tokyo street fashion! Again, if you are making plans to study in, move to or just visit Japan, this will give you an idea of what's currently trending there. Keeping in mind, some cities like Tokyo and Harajuku tend to be more fashion-forward than the country-side places.

There are also some fabulous tutorials available here: http://kawaii-i.com/category/tutorials/

Here is a photo example of how trendy Kawaii I really is - they are posing with renowned fashion designer Sebastian Masuda of 6% Dokidoki

And speaking of Crayola...

On March 8th, the Review Wednesday was of a blank DIY Munny (collaboration of KidRobot and Crayola), so I had a lot of fun turning him into a blue monkey. I don't know what to name him though, and I was hoping you guys - the amazing readers - could help?

And if you think it's awesome that Crayola (the essential company of our childhoods, along with Cartoon Network and Kool-Aid) is teaming up with someone as cool as KidRobot - they may surprise you even further. They've also had a collaboration with chic Clinique, which is great for all the beautiful fashionistas who read this blog (you insta-perfect ladies know who you are).

Crayola™ for Clinique Limited-Edition Set of 4 Minis
So please include this in your fashion blog! There's something very nostalgic about applying your lipstick from a giant and super cute crayon. Well, it's not really 'giant' but still bigger than those skinny little sticks of wax. And because we are talking so much about crayons, that's why today's #Kawaii365 project is literally made of crayon:

And make sure to watch on YouTube for the upcoming #KaraokeChallenge video! Thanks everyone, and as Ellen says, be kind to one another. And have a great weekend! xoxo
