In January 2015, we went to Jamaica (Runaway Bay). The resort (Bahia Principe) happened to have a lovely, elegant, formal Japanese style a la carte. So we booked (✿ ♥‿♥)
There are not many words in English to describe how stunning & beautiful the atmosphere was, but I will never forget the feeling of serenity and elegance. There was a lot of red & gold, and pops of black. Perfectly placed words in Kanji. The dishes were square and immaculate. The food portions were small but very healthy, and I really enjoyed using chop sticks.
